As a courtesy to our patients, we will be more than happy to submit a claim to your insurance company for services rendered by Dr. Young and our hygienists. The claim will be filed with the insurance company with information that you provide us with.
Any co-insurance or deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. We also offer payment plans with CareCredit.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
